COMPANY POLICY

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service and takes about 3-7 business days. Tracking numbers will be emailed to the email address you provided when making your purchase once items are shipped. Please use a valid email address to order.

Orders placed after 3 p.m EST on weekends and on national holidays will be shipped out on the following business day. Please note that your signature will be required upon arrival on your package.

If your tracking information states that your package have been delivered but you contact us to say that you have not received it, DEE QUEENDOM will not be responsible for that lost package. Customers will have to take such case up with United States Postal Service.

For packages that hasn't been delivered, the tracking number can be used to locate the package.

please note that international shipments may require additional charges. Customers are advised to take these additional charges into consideration as it is the customers responsibility to make these payment upon arrival of their package

RETURNS

All items must be returned to DEE QUEEN within 4 business days after receiving it. Items must be in the same condition it was shipped, unworn, unwashed and in bundle wraps/with tags. If not in the same condition as shipped it will be denied.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded to you. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method(PayPal, credit card). You will have to pay a handling fee of us$10.00 which will be deducted from your total amount to be refunded to you.

EXCHANGE

No exchanges will be allowed.

ALL COSTS FOR RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER UNLESS IT IS OUR FAULT.
